WELCOME TO A NEW ERA OF LOYALTY
As a loyalty member, your clients get more flexibility in how they earn and use their status. With Points Choice, they'll continue earning points on every sailing and choose where to apply them: Crown & Anchor, Captain's Club, or Venetian Society. It's a simpler, more rewarding way to make their loyalty work for them, no matter which brand they sail.
HERE'S WHAT THEY NEED TO KNOW
How it works:
After their sailing ends, they'll have 14 days to submit a Points Choice request. This lets them apply their earned points to the loyalty program of their choice.
How to submit a request:
Starting January 30, 2026, for sailings departing on or after that date, they'll be able to submit their request through their loyalty account on our website.
How points are earned:
They'll earn points based on their stateroom category and nights sailed. If they want their points to remain with the brand they sailed, no action is needed. If they choose to transfer points to another brand, applicable exchange rates will apply.
