BOOKING WINDOW & LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - Transfers must be booked at least 5 days prior to sailing. Post-deadline bookings depend on availability; last-minute airport bookings are subject to space.

TRANSFERS MUST NOT BE WAIT-LISTED - Transfers are scheduled services with fixed times and prices; wait-listing is not permitted.

FULL PAYMENT DUE IMMEDIATELY FOR ADDITIONS AFTER FINAL PAYMENT - Any transfers added after the final payment deadline require immediate full payment to be confirmed.

FLIGHT DETAILS REQUIRED FOR ARRIVAL ON SAILING DAY - Enter only the arrival flight segment for proper scheduling of airport transfers. Flight details are mandatory for arrivals on the day of sailing.

CHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SAILING - Notify the Transfer Coordinator promptly with updated flight details if flight information changes within 14 days of departure.

ACCURACY OF FLIGHT INFORMATION - Incorrect or incomplete flight details may result in transfers not being honored or delayed. Ensure all information is verified before confirming bookings.

AVAILABILITY OF LAST-MINUTE AIRPORT BOOKINGS - Guests can purchase transfers at the airport on the day of sailing if space permits. Advise clients to look for cruise line representatives in baggage claim or after customs (for international flights).
